Having purchased and been through the refinance game more than 10 times in 15 years, I wanted to take an opportunity to write a review for Tarik. Most LO's are trying to push their programs / products. Tarik took a different approach, understanding our financial position, long term goal w/ the house and helped me make the best decision... Which turned out to go "with the other guy". Even after the decision he made sure it was the best deal for my family and the other lender didn't 'bait and switch' or hidden fees.
